Items Taken Back Off the Porch Without Notice; No-Show Fee Disputed With Camera Evidence

A Bowie, MD customer says that across two consecutive orders, items came back missing after delivery. On one occasion the contractor returned to the porch about an hour after dropping off the order and took back part of the delivered bags without notice or explanation. On a separate order, the contractor claimed to have arrived and waited for a response with no one home, but the customer says home security camera and motion-sensor records show no one arrived at the house at that time. The customer says the company then tried to charge a $10 fee for the supposed missed pickup.
