PoplinReviews is run by an independent source, not a company. It began with one documented incident and grew into a place to collect and organize what other customers have reported publicly about Poplin, Inc.'s laundry service.

This site is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Poplin, Inc. in any way. "Poplin" is used solely to identify the company being discussed. Nothing here should be read as a statement by or on behalf of that company.

Stories published here reflect the experiences and opinions of the individual contributors. They are not a representative sample and do not claim to describe all customers' experiences — many people have used this service without incident.

How we source stories

• Third-party material (TikTok, BBB, Trustpilot) is summarized in our own words and linked to the original. We do not copy full review text onto this site.
• TikTok videos, when shown, use TikTok's official embed. Video files are never downloaded or rehosted here.
• Direct submissions are reviewed before publishing. We screen for authenticity and decline anything we can't responsibly present.
• We distinguish fact from opinion. Where an account is one person's recollection, we present it that way.

Corrections and takedown requests

If you believe a specific claim on this site is inaccurate — whether you are a customer, a service provider, or a representative of Poplin, Inc. — we want to hear about it. Send the page URL, the exact sentence at issue, and what you say the accurate facts are, along with any supporting documentation. Substantiated corrections are made promptly and noted on the page.
