A recurring business customer, spending over $100 per order weekly, says blankets sent with explicit low-heat drying instructions came back scorched and unusable. She provided photos of the damage, but says the claim was denied because she hadn't listed each blanket individually and the photos were deemed insufficient, despite the damage being visible and the items already having been discarded as unusable. She's now repurchasing the blankets herself. Poplin's public reply said it had previously reviewed the claims process with her and requested more information to follow up.
